This swimming pool is free to be enjoyed and relaxed by visiting tourists. Another fact is that Titra Gangga water park has a beautiful place in the middle. Two small ponds flank the sides of a large pond with magnificent statues of gods and goddesses. Next to it, there is a very beautiful level 11 fountain called Nawa Sanga. The Historical Value of Tirta Gangga Karangasem

The name of the tourist attraction Tirta Gangga comes from the word Tirta which means holy water and Ganga which means the name of a river in India. Tirta Gangga Karangasem water park, built in 1946 by the King of Karangasem, Ketut Karangasem Agung.

The Tirta Gangga Karangasem complex was previously destroyed by the eruption of Mount Agung in 1963. However, the park was rebuilt and designated as a tourist area by the Karangasem district government.

Best Time To Visit

Most of the tourist activities while on vacation to the Tirta Gangga water park, like photo activities and feeding fish. That's why there are many shops outside the area that sell fish feed.

Busy times of tourists start from 12 noon to 4 pm. It is the best time to make a visit. The average tourist spends 1 hour while on vacation at the Tirta Gangga water park.

To reach Tirta Gangga Park from Kuta, it will take 2 hours 30 minutes by car.
